30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@italjet.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Via dell'Agricoltura, 2, 40023 Poggio Piccolo BO. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping, which will be reimbursed where necessary. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-built motorcycles (e.g., limited edition or First Edition models, however limited edition models can be refunded in some cases as long as this request is made before a delivery date has been confirmed.) 
  • Race parts that have been installed and used (e.g., exhaust systems, performance tuning kits)
  • Personal care items (e.g., helmets and safety gear if they have been worn)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (e.g., fuel additives, cleaning chemicals)
  • Electrical parts once installed (e.g., ECU units, wiring harnesses)
  • Personalized or special-order items (e.g., custom-painted parts, engraved accessories)

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Limited Edition or First Edition Orders

Limited edition or First Edition motorcycles, which are custom-built to order, may take several months for delivery. Once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable except in cases where the lead time becomes significantly longer than what was quoted at the time of reserving with the deposit payment. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
